CANTERBURY IN BLOOM WIN

Love Hambrook Marshes (LHM) was invited by Canterbury Business Improvement District (BID) to join their entry to the Royal Horticultural Society’s South and South East in Bloom competition. We’re happy to announce that Canterbury was awarded Gold for the sixth time. LHM trustee Paul Roberts (far left, middle row) received our certificate at a ceremony in Tower House. Canterbury in Bloom is about more than colourful hanging baskets; entries are rewarded for community involvement as well. As Hambrook Marshes is managed by volunteers for the benefit of the community, we were happy that our community ethos contributed to this year’s Gold for Canterbury.
